Sign in to your account on Ticketmaster.ca
Go to My Account → My Profile → Connected Accounts
Select Connect under Avion Rewards and sign in
Select the account you want to use and hit Continue

Look for a confirmation email from Ticketmaster.ca, and you're all set!

Do I need a Ticketmaster Canada account to use my Avion points for tickets?

Yes. You'll need both a Ticketmaster Canada and an eligible Avion Rewards account to get started.

How do I redeem my Avion points at checkout?

Once your Ticketmaster Canada and Avion Rewards accounts are connected, redeeming is easy:

At the payment step, you'll see an option to apply Avion points

To participate in the Ticketmaster Pay with Points Program, you must have an eligible Avion Rewards account that is issued by RBC Royal Bank of Canada (full list of eligible accounts is available at avionrewards.com/ticketmaster-ca-terms (opens external site in new window) (“eligible Avion Rewards account’), be an accountholder of a Ticketmaster account, connect your Avion Rewards and Ticketmaster accounts and accept the Avion Rewards and Ticketmaster Pay with Points Program Terms and Conditions.

Account connection is initiated through the Ticketmaster Canada website, on the “Connected Accounts” page. Upon initiating account connection on the Ticketmaster Canada website, you will be directed to an Avion Rewards sign-in page and will be prompted to sign-in or create an Avion Rewards account. Following a successful sign-in, you will be presented the Avion Rewards and Ticketmaster Pay with Points Program Terms and Conditions. After accepting the terms, the account connection is triggered and if successful, you will receive an account connection confirmation email from Ticketmaster. You cannot initiate account connection through the Ticketmaster Canada mobile app, Avion Rewards website or Avion Rewards mobile app.

Avion points can be redeemed on qualifying ticket purchases at Ticketmaster Canada. Terms and conditions apply to redeeming points at Ticketmaster. Your participation in Ticketmaster services is governed by the Ticketmaster Terms of Use (opens external site in new window).

Connected Avion Rewards and Ticketmaster accounts can redeem up to $500 CAD worth of points daily. Redemption rate of points may vary depending on the designated reward account. The minimum value of points you can redeem per transaction is $0.01 CAD.

Following a successful account connection, your Avion Rewards account and Ticketmaster account will remain connected for one (1) year. Upon the expiration of your account connection, you will be required to re-connect your accounts.
