Ok, we can help. First, check the confirmation email you received moments after you sent your eGift card to ensure the recipient's email address is correct. If it’s incorrect, contact us and we can help fix the address.

If the address is correct, the eGift card may have accidentally been labelled spam. Make sure the recipient checks all their mail folders.

If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, most likely there was an error, and your eGift didn’t make it to the recipient. Please contact us to help.

Unfortunately, once the transaction has been processed, it can’t be cancelled.

Once your eGift card is ready and you’ve chosen to send it to a friend, they’ll receive it almost instantly. Look for a confirmation email in your inbox.
