You need to link your cards once to enjoy the exclusive benefits of RBC’s partnership with More Rewards. After you’re linked, you will earn 2X More Rewards points on all your eligible purchases at participating More Rewards grocery partners.

All of your eligible personal and business RBC debit and RBC credit cards can be linked to your More Rewards card. RBC Commercial credit cards and RBC Visa Prepaid Cards are excluded.

As a personal or business client, your RBC debit card and all your eligible credit cards will be linked to the same More Rewards card.

As a personal client, co-applicants on your accounts will need to link their own RBC Cards to a More Rewards card. Only one user can link to a More Rewards card at one time.

If you are the primary cardholder, any authorized users on your accounts will automatically be linked to your More Rewards card. Co-applicants and authorized users cannot link authorized user cards through this process.

No, this is not a new credit card or loyalty program from RBC and More Rewards. You can link your existing eligible RBC cards, to your existing More Rewards member account. This is in addition to any other payment card features you already enjoy.

When you link your cards, you consent to Royal Bank of Canada and Pattison Food Group (PFG) sharing the first 6 digits of your RBC card number, the last 4 digits of RBC card numbers to be linked, More Rewards card and AC# for the purpose of administering the rewards and benefits.

You can link, change, view, or remove your More Rewards card and RBC Card(s) at any time by signing in to your RBC Online Banking, select the card you want to modify and then “Link or update More Rewards” in the right-hand menu.

Once you’ve linked your eligible RBC Cards to your More Rewards card, you can use your preferred mobile payment method and still receive 2X More Rewards points. Please allow up to 2 business days after you’ve added your cards to your mobile wallet for us to link your cards.

Mobile payment is not yet available for business clients.

Once you’ve linked at least one RBC Card to your More Rewards card, all eligible new or replacement cards that you receive after will automatically be linked.

Please note it can take up to 2 business days once a new card is activated for it to be linked.

You can start earning More Rewards points as soon as you’ve linked your eligible RBC debit or credit cards!

Your additional 2X More Rewards Points will be added to your More Rewards account within 5 business days after you scan your More Rewards card and pay with your linked RBC debit or credit card.

No, there is no minimum spend.

Yes. You need to scan your More Rewards card every time you shop to earn points, even when paying with your linked RBC Card.

There are no additional Avion points associated with this offer.

You’ll need to contact More Rewards at 1-833-690-1146 or visit https://www.morerewards.ca/help?topic=lost-or-stolen-card (external site opens in a new window) to get a replacement card. Please note, you will need to unlink your old More Rewards card and link your new one to your RBC Card to continue earning 2X More Rewards points.

You can see your More Rewards points balance anytime by logging into your More Rewards account at https://www.morerewards.ca/points-history (opens in a new window).

Please note, bonus More Rewards points earned through this program will not appear on your store receipt.

Please contact More Rewards at 1-833-690-1146 if you believe you’re missing any More Rewards points due to missing transactions made with your linked RBC Card.

No, you’re earning the most More Rewards points per purchase possible with your More Rewards Visa card.

More Rewards points will expire if your More Rewards card has not been used in the past 18 months.

No, you are not required to be an Avion Rewards member to link your cards.

If your RBC Card isn’t showing up when you try to link, please ensure 1) you are the primary cardholder or co-applicant of the personal credit card. No. Only one person can link their RBC Cards to a More Rewards card number. If someone has already linked to an account you believe is yours, please reach out to More Rewards at 1-833-690-1146 to investigate as your card could be compromised.

If you received an RBC Message Centre notification advising you that linking has failed, please contact the More Rewards Customer Care Support Team at 1-833-690-1146.

If you receive an RBC Message Centre notification advising you that your card has been unlinked because you are no longer eligible, it may be due to changes you have made to your RBC accounts. Please contact RBC at 1-800-769-2511 to find out more.

If you receive an RBC Message Centre notification advising you that your card has been unlinked because your linked More Rewards card has become invalid, you will need to relink with a valid More Rewards number. Please contact More Rewards at 1-833-690-1146 for assistance.
