Connect your Avion Rewards account to Ticketmaster Canada, search shows, and redeem your Avion points for tickets. We’ll guide you step by step.

It's easy! Here's how:

  • Sign in to your account on Ticketmaster.ca
  • Go to My Account → My Profile → Connected Accounts
  • Select Connect under Avion Rewards and sign in
  • Select the account you want to use and hit Continue
  • Accept the Terms & Conditions
  • Look for a confirmation email from Ticketmaster.ca, and you're all set!

Yes. You'll need both a Ticketmaster Canada and an eligible Avion Rewards account to get started.

Once your Ticketmaster Canada and Avion Rewards accounts are connected, redeeming is easy:

  • Select your tickets on Ticketmaster.ca and head to checkout
  • At the payment step, you'll see an option to apply Avion points
  • Choose how many points you want to use
  • Complete your purchase

Your points are applied instantly, and you're good to go.

Connecting your accounts lets you redeem your Avion points for eligible events on Ticketmaster.ca.

Your daily points redemption balance refreshes daily at midnight UTC (00:00 UTC) each calendar day.

You can use as little as CA $0.01 worth of Avion points on your Ticketmaster.ca purchase. Every point counts!

Yes. You can use up to $500 worth of Avion points per day on Ticketmaster.ca.

Want to see your available balance? You can view it during the checkout process or on the Connected Accounts page on Ticketmaster.ca.

Absolutely! Use as many or as few Avion points as you'd like (up to your daily max of $500 per day), then pay the rest with another payment method.

Just head to Account Settings → Connected Accounts on Ticketmaster.ca and disconnect your Avion Rewards account.

You can always reconnect later if you want to start using points again.

Refunds follow Ticketmaster's Purchase Policy. Here's what you need to know:

  • If you paid with Avion points only: You'll receive a Ticketmaster.ca gift card equal to the dollar value of the ticket(s) purchased with your points; you will not be reimbursed in Avion points.
  • If you paid with points + another payment method: You’ll receive a Ticketmaster.ca gift card equal to the dollar value of the portion of the ticket(s) purchased with your points, and the balance will be credited to your other payment method.

Of course! Your Avion points stay in your Avion Rewards account until the actual transaction and are updated in real time. They’re yours to use however you want.

Almost all events on Ticketmaster.ca are eligible. The option to redeem your Avion points at checkout will only appear on events that qualify.

Yes! You can combine Avion points with Ticketmaster.ca promo codes, gift cards, and account credits.

Promo codes or any credit will be applied first, then Avion points. Any remaining balance can be paid with your preferred payment method.

Your Avion points are deducted instantly when you complete your purchase. You'll see your updated balance right away in your Avion Rewards account.

Avion points don't expire as long as your account stays active. Keep earning and redeeming, and your points will be there when you need them!

Avion points can only be redeemed for original tickets sold directly through Ticketmaster.ca (not resale or second-hand tickets).

Absolutely! Once your Avion Rewards account is connected to Ticketmaster.ca, you can redeem your points for tickets for anyone. Treat your friends, take your family – it's your call!

You earn Avion points when you use an RBC credit card that is eligible to earn Avion points to pay for tickets. The points you earn will be added to your account based on your card's earning rate.

Nope! There are no fees for redeeming your Avion points on Ticketmaster.ca. Your points go directly toward your ticket purchase.
